Take a look at some of the memorable hunts our guests have enjoyed in the East Texas piney woods and brush country. Wild hog hunting in Texas is a year-round sport, and every trip brings its own story.
Fall Group Hunt — Cherokee County
Fall Season
A group of six hunters from Dallas spent the weekend at our Cherokee County lease. The team took four hogs over two days using a mix of rifle and bow. Great camaraderie and some excellent wild pork to take home.
Corporate Outing — Anderson County
Summer Season
A team-building trip for a Houston-based company. Twelve participants learned field dressing, tracking techniques, and firearm safety before heading into the brush. Two trophy boars were taken on the first evening sit.
Father-Son Weekend — Rusk County
Spring Season
A father and his two sons made the drive from San Antonio for their annual hog hunt. Using ground blinds near a feeder line, they managed three hogs before noon on Saturday. The youngest hunter, age 14, took his first hog with a clean shot at 80 yards.
